We ask that you hold the silence here in respect for our guests experiencing their own silent retreats. These are now silent classes, excepting only Tony the instructor as he facilitates.
We are offering our Tai Chi friends a special tour of the centre following the classes on July 19th & 26th, by our director Yvonne Prowse.
Tony currently leads free sessions in Georgina and has generously offered his expertise here for us.
